Outpost Snack Shack – 574-235-5614 - closed for the season
If you are searching for a snack or cold beverage, the Outpost is the place to go. Located at the cabin by our River Otter Exhibit; selections include King Size pretzels, nachos, walking tacos, snow cones, and bottled beverages.

Chill Zone - closed for the season
Looking for a cool treat? Visit the Chill Zone located in Zoo Farm in front of our pony rides. We will be serving hand dipped ice cream cones or bowls, fruit smoothies, Jungle Java smoothies as well as bottled water.
Jungle Gift Shop - 574-235-5615 - closed for the season
Make your visit complete with a stop at the Jungle Gift Shop. We offer everything from cameras, batteries, sunscreen, cuddly plush animals, toys, apparel and fair trade items. ATM inside. You can also find snacks and beverages in the Jungle Gift Shop too!

Things To Do
Zoo Train - closed for the season
All Aboard! Grab your little ones and hop aboard the Zoo Train! Take a ride on a historic CP Huntington electric train takes zoogoers past our zoo pond, South/North America, veterinary hospital, otter exhibit and Australia. All proceeds from the train go directly toward building new exhibits or improving existing habitats at the zoo. The Zoo train runs everyday until October 31st. Daily operation is weather permitting.
Butterflies in Living Color! - closed for the season
Butterflies in Living Color is now open for the season. Visit this full immersion exhibit to experience free flying exotic butterflies from all over the world. Your $2.00 admission goes directly back into butterfly conservation, animal support and exhibit improvements at the Zoo. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Pony Rides - closed for the season
Pony rides are available (weather permitting) daily in Zoo Farm. Rides available Memorial Day through Labor Day. If the temperature is above 90 degrees pony rides will not be open. Call 574-235-9800 or 574-235-5614 to check on availability of pony rides during warmer temperatures.
Petting Area - closed for the season
Come pet the goats in the goat yard (free). Zoo farm opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day. Alpaca and goats may be viewed in their yards during the entire Zoo season.
Restrooms are handicapped accessible, equipped with changing stations and available in several locations throughout the Zoo.
