Adventure Zoo Camp
For kids entering grades 2 – 3

Summer 2026 Camp Registration Opens on January 1st for Members and January 8th for Everyone.

Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (before care begins at 8 am; after care ends at 4 pm)

Cost*: $225 per person. Zoo Members receive a 10% discount.

*Cost includes 5 days of day camp 9 am-3 pm, 1 camp T-shirt, and 1 camp drawstring bag.

We offer two unique camp experiences for kids entering grades 2nd-3rd, each designed to spark curiosity and deepen their love for animals. Both camps provide equal opportunities for exciting animal encounters, fun activities, and hands-on learning. Here’s a look at both options:

From the desert to the ocean, the rain forest to the swamp, water plays a vital role in sustaining wildlife all over the world! Join us in learning about the animals that frequent these different habitats and the important roles that water plays within these habitats. We’ll meet some animals, do some experiments, and play games with water!

Grab your magnifying glass, nature journal, and muck boots as we embark on a wildlife journey exploring the great outdoors. We will learn how to observe animals safely from afar and how to analyze clues that they leave behind. Practice your animal detective skills through games, activities, zoo walks, animal encounters, and more!
